Built a grocery bag delivery android application for users and Kirana stores in Hyderabad.
- Identified that there was a need for groceries like ghee, daily grains etc to be delivered to households from different Kirana stores in their locality.
- Understood that the users find it difficult and often cumbersome to keep buying different items from different stores as per their preference.
- Spoke to 20+ Kirana and small local medical stores and onboarded 5 stores as part of the trial run.
- Acted as the delivery man to deliver goods and built the MVP.
- Built a basic android application using Android Studio and firebase.
- Had to eventually shut it down because we realised that though there was a need , our execution had failed and we had to get better at it.
